»[…] this work, Vampiri Europeana, which is intended as a resource for scholars and others interested in the vampire motif in the fields of literature, folklore and popular culture. While several bibliographies of English texts are available, few have been published regarding non-English texts, and in particular, none that I have been able to discover are directed to the English-speaking researcher. In compiling this bibliography, my intent is to help fill this need, and to be as comprehensive as possible. With this in mind, I have created this work for the web, by which means I will be able to keep it up-to-date as additional information arises.« (Introduction) »Included are comic series in which a vampire figures prominently throughout the series, as well as individual stories within each comic series.
